A Return Merchandise Authorization (RAM) number must be obtained from Impact Goggles prior to the return of any merchandise. Product returned without an RAM number will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
RAM numbers are only valid for period of 14 days only.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days of retail sale to the end- user. After 30 days all products must be referred to the manufacture for authorization warranty repair.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed with the RAM number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes shipped back.
Products must be returned complete with original parts and documentation along with the original manufacturer's box / packaging. Incomplete returns will not receive a full credit and will fall subject manufacturer's warranty.
Factory sealed product in re-sellable condition may be returned at suppliers discretion. Non-defective opened products will not be considered for return. Re-sellable products authorized for return will be credited at the current supplier's selling price less a 20% restocking fee.
Where applicable, a fee up to 50% of the product price may be applied for missing parts, documentation, and manufacturer's box / packing.
Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice or current selling price, whichever is lower, less any restocking fee. Items showing signs of misuse or consumer abuse will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within 7 business days upon receipt of merchandise to supplier.
