Description: The Body Specs PISTOL+ Spectacle Desert Sand is both ANSI and BALLISTIC certified, providing protection against shrapnel fragmentation. New enhancements include "Panascopic" tilt (pivots up & down), and retraction/extension capability temples. Depending on helmet position, wearers have the option of pivoting the front frame for optimal fit and comfort. The kit includes 2 high pressure injection molded polycarbonate lenses (neutral slate/clear), with a nominal thickness that provides ballistic-fragmentation protection, Mil-STD 662, MIL-PRF-31013 Vo ballistic reguirements, and meets ANSI Z87.1-2003,ANSI Z87.+ optical performance. The lenses are chemical resistant hard coated, and coated to resist abrasion (scratch). The PISTOL+Spectacle also supports an optional RX-Carrier for soldiers requiring corrective lenses
